- BUSINESS VALUATIONS: Reports typically used to determine the fair market value of closely held businesses for complete sale or purchase, mergers, buy/sell agreement preparation, estate tax purposes, etc. Business valuations are frequently part of litigation, arbitration, or mediation.
- ECONOMIC DAMAGE CALCULATIONS: Objective, defensible and independent calculations specifically performed to determine or assess an economic loss.
- FORENSIC ACCOUNTING: Requisite when fraud is suspected. Forensic accounting can also be part of a financial dispute or contractually required as part of a financial arrangement and may include expert testimony.
